摘要
以树莓继代苗为材料,研究移栽基质及激素处理对瓶外生根的影响结果表明:含腐殖土的黄沙是树莓试管苗瓶外生根较为适合的移栽基质;扦插前用5 mg/L IBA溶液处理2 h,能将生根率提高到83.3%,平均生根数5.4根,根生长健壮。
This paper studied the effect of the transplanting matrix and hormone treatment on the nontube rootage,used the subculture seedlings of Rubus corchorifolius as materials. The results indicted that sand contained humus was more appropriate transplanting matrix for the non-tube rootage of Rubus corchorifolius,treated with 5 mg /L IBA for 2 hours,the rooting rate could increase to 83. 3%,the average root number was 5. 4 and growed robust.
