Objective:To observe the effect of low -frequency electrical stimulation and alternating flexion extension method on lower extremity motor function after peroneal nerve injury. Methods :60 patients with common peroneal nerve injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group received low frequency electric stimulation plus EA, and the control group received exercise therapy plus EA. Re- sults:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33% , and the total efficiency of the control group was 76.67%. The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Low frequency electric stimulation with flexion - extension alternative method has a good curative effect on lower limb motor function recovery of peroneal nerve injury.
