摘要
以实验动物学基本知识点为主线,将实验动物学课程分解为两个理论模块(标准化实验动物的培养、利用标准化实验动物进行动物实验)和一个实践模块(动物实验操作基本技术及模型制作)这样三个相对独立的模块。以模块为单元,构建多元化、分段式、全方位的实验动物学模块化课程群。理论模块由实验动物中心的教师讲授,动物实验实训板块由基础医学院科研能力出众的教师承担。这样既保证了学生在有限的时间内掌握和理解实验动物学的基础理论,同时培养了学生的综合素质和动手能力,为今后学生从事动物实验科技工作奠定基础。
Referenced to basis laboratory animal knowledge,courses on laboratory animals could be divided into three individual modules,including two theoretical modules( standardized laboratory animal culture,utilization of standardized laboratory animal to perform animal experiments),and one practical module( animal experiment handling techniques and animal model making). Basis on these module units,multi- elemental,stagewise,and omnibearing laboratory animal course groups could be established. Theoretical modules should be instructed by teachers from laboratory animal center,while practical module should be lectured by teachers with high scientific research ability from basis medical school. These measures can insure students grasp and understand the basis theories on laboratory animals in a short period,meanwhile,these measures also cultivate integrated dispositions and experiment- handling capacity,which will strengthen the basic ability of students for the future work of science and technology of animal experiments.
