系统性红斑狼疮合并视神经脊髓炎2例及文献复习 被引量：11

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（ systemic lupus erythematosus ， SLE）是一种弥漫性、全身性自身免疫病，主要累及皮肤黏膜、骨骼肌肉、肾脏及中枢神经系统，血清中可检测到多种自身抗体和免疫学异常。视神经脊髓炎（ neuromyelitis optica ，NMO）是视神经与脊髓同时或相继受累的急性或亚急性脱髓鞘病变，其临床特征为急性或亚急性起病的单眼或双眼失明，在其前或其后数日或数周伴发横贯性或上升性脊髓炎。现将郑州大学第一附属医院神经内科2012年6月和2013年9月收治的2例SLE合并NMO患者的诊治经过结合相关文献报道如下。
