摘要
以海岛区县为研究单元,遴选出28个指标,组成海岛区县经济发展的综合指标评价体系,借助SPSS19.0软件,运用主成分分析法,对中国12个海岛区县经济发展进行综合评价分析,并对辽宁省长海县的经济发展及存在的问题进行研究.结果表明:在中国12个海岛区县经济发展综合得分中,长海县以-0.26排在第9位,居下等水平,未来发展道路任重而道远.长海县经济发展存在问题是:渔业生产不够稳定,朝阳产业缺乏竞争力;不符合发展趋势,与发达地区比较存在较大的差距;与其他海岛区县比较,第二、三产业明显落后.最后,分析了制约长海县经济发展的内在机制.
Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system of island areas （county） economic development, using SPSS19.0 software and principal component analysis, we made a comprehensive evaluation of island areas （county） economic development, taking 12 island areas （county） in China as units, and a research on economic development and existing problem of Changhai county. The comprehensive evaluation index system of island areas （county） economic development is built up by selecting 28 indexes from island areas （county）. The results show that in the comprehensive scores of 12 island areas （county） economic development in China, Changhai county scoring -0.26, ranking the 9 th, is in a lower level, for the future development road, and there is a grand task to perform and a long way to go. Some problems existing in the economic development of Changhai County are as follows： The fishery production is not quite stable, and the sunrise industryis lack of competitiveness; it is not in line with the development trend, and there is a big gap compared with the developed area; compared with other island areas （county）, the second and third industries have fallen behind obviously. Finally, we analyze the internal mechanismrestricting the economic development of Changhai County.
