免疫层析技术研究进展 被引量：38

摘要 为了提高免疫检测的速度 ,简化操作步骤 ,人们建立了一种新的检测技术———免疫层析技术。它利用纤维膜的毛细作用 ,使待测物 (抗原 /抗体 )沿膜表面向前运动 ,与检测区标记的捕获物特异结合而聚集显色。它既有免疫学方法的特异性 ,又有简便快速不须仪器的特点。本文介绍了它的方法学和应用 。
