椎管内阻滞分娩镇痛对分娩及盆底影响的探讨 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨椎管内阻滞分娩镇痛对分娩及盆底的影响。方法:随机抽取2013年1月~2013年6月阴道分娩采用椎管内阻滞分娩镇痛的100例初产妇为实验组,2012年1月~2013年1月阴道分娩未采用椎管内阻滞分娩镇痛的100例为对照组。观察两组产程时间、分娩中会阴疼痛程度、会阴裂伤程度及会阴侧切率。结果:与对照组比较,实验组产程时间缩短、会阴裂伤程度减轻、会阴侧切率降低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:椎管内分娩镇痛减轻了产妇痛苦、缩短了产程、提高了产时质量、保护了盆底结构,是一种优质的分娩镇痛手段。 Objective: To explore the effect of spinal canal blockage labor analgesia on childbirth and pelvic floor. Methods: One hundred primiparous women receiving spinal canal blockage labor analgesia during vaginal delivery from January to June in 2013 were randomly selected as experimental group, one hundred primiparous women not receiving spinal canal blockage labor analgesia during vaginal delivery from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly selected as control group; the degrees of perineal pain, the degrees of perineal laceration and the rates of episiotomy during delivery in the two groups were observed. Results: Compared with control group, the labor time in experimental group was shortened, the degree of perineal laceration was alleviated and the rate of episiotomy decreased, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Spinal canal labor analgesia relieve maternal pain, shorten labor time and improve the quality of delivery, which is a kind of high - quality means for labor analgesia.
