摘要
采用PCR RFLPs方法 ,分析了 88头大白母猪ESR、PRLR二个基因位点的多态性及其与产仔性能、仔猪生长性能、乳头数的相关性。结果表明 :二个位点在大白母猪中存在多态性 ;该试验中 ,PRLR位点的不同基因型对产仔性能影响是AB >BB ;ESR位点的不同基因型对产仔性能影响是BB >AB >AA ;
The polymorphisms of PRLR and ESR gene of 88 Large White sows were investigated by PCR RFLPs, the relationship between polymorphism and growth traits were analyzed. The results were that the polymorphisms of the two loci were found. Different genetypes of PRLR had different effects on the size of litter by the order AB>BB; mean while, ESR by the order BB>AB>AA. Neither has effect on pig growth and teat number.
