摘要
在蛹虫草资源调查中,发现两种子实体形态迥异的蛹虫草菌株T和G。栽培试验表明,T菌株子实体矮化膨大,G菌株子实体为棒状,两者子实体长度、直径和产量差异显著。有效成分测定结果表明,菌株T和G子实体中粗多糖的含量分别为1.75%,1.77%,虫草酸为2.81%,2.57%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活分别为30.43 U/mg protein、53.49 U/mg protein,过氧化物酶(POD)分别为31.26 U/mg protein,33.49 U/mg protein,过氧化氢酶(CAT)分别为126.35 U/mg protein、137.46 U/mg protein。其中,虫草酸含量、SOD酶活两者差异均显著。
In resource survey of eordyceps militaris, we found 2 C.militaris strains T and G of different form. Cultivation experiment showed that fruiting body strain T was dwarf and big, while the fruiting body of strain G was elavate. The length, diameter and yield of fruiting body were significantly different. The determination results of the effective components showed that crude polysaeeharide content of strain T and strain G was respectively 1.75% and 1.77%, eordyeeps acid was respectively 2.81% and 2.57%, superoxide dismutase (SOD)enzyme activity was respectively 30.43 U/mg protein and 53.49 U/mg protein, peroxidase (POD) enzyme activity was respectively 31.26 U/mg protein and 33.49 U/rag protein, eatalase (CAT) enzyme activity was respectively 126.35 U/rag protein and 137.46 U/rag protein. Cordyeeps acid content and SOD enzyme activity were both not significantly different.
