摘要
目的:探讨壮骨汤在治疗老年性骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:入选2010年4月-2013年3月我院收治的100例骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予鲑降钙素针剂治疗,治疗组给予壮骨汤中药汤剂口服治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前及治疗第3、6个月骨密度和骨形成指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组88.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组骨密度情况、骨形成指标比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月,两组的骨密度情况、骨形成指标均比治疗前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮骨汤治疗老年性骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折效果显著,可以有效的改善患者的症状,促进骨形成,提高骨密度,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Zhuanggu decoction on treating senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures. Methods：From April 2010 to March 2013, 100 patients with senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 in each. The control group was given salmon calcitonin injection therapy;the observation group was given Zhuanggu decoction oral treatment. Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, before treatment and third, sixth months of treatment bone mineral density and bone formation index. Results：The total efficiency of observation group was 96%, higher than 88%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, bone mineral density, bone formation index of two groups compared to no significant differences （P〉0.05）. 3 months, 6 months after＆amp;nbsp;treatment, two groups of bone density, bone formation index were obviously improved than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhuanggu decoction is effective on treating senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures, it can effectively improve the patient＇s symptoms, promote bone formation, increase bone density, is worth the clinical promotion.
