摘要
目的：比较小儿腹股沟疝腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术与传统开放疝囊高位结扎术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月-2013年12月收治的200例小儿腹股沟疝病例的临床资料，其中100例（腹腔镜手术组）运用腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗，另100例（传统开放手术组）使用传统开放疝囊高位结扎术治疗，比较二者切口长度、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症、复发率等情况。结果腹腔镜手术组较传统开放手术组切口长度、手术时间、住院时间及并发症均明显减少，但住院费用高于传统开放手术组，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的切口小，微创，手术时间短，术后恢复快，术后并发症少，较传统开放疝囊高位结扎术优势明显。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac and traditional high ligation of hernial sac in the children with inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 200 children with inguinal hernia in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, and 100 cases（laparoscopic operation group）were treated with laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac, 100 cases（traditional open operation group）were treated with traditional high ligation of hernial sac,then the incision length,operative time, hospitalization time, hospital expenses, postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results The incision length, operative time, hospitalization time and postoperative complications of laparoscopic operation group were all less than those of traditional open operation group,while the hospital expenses was higher than that of traditional open operation group, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The small incision of laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation is smaller, it is minimal invasion, the operation time is shorter, the recovery is and quicker, the postoperative complications is less, and the advantages is more obvious than that traditional open hernia sac high ligation.
