摘要 目的:探讨用耳屏软骨环-软骨膜在儿童行鼓膜成形术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我科2007年5月至2009年7月25耳鼓膜穿孔的儿童患者采用自体耳屏软骨环-软骨膜行鼓膜成形术治疗鼓膜穿孔,并对手术方法及疗效进行分析。结果:经1年以上随访,25例患儿鼓膜穿孔愈合率为100%,未见内陷、外移、钝角愈合。术后骨气导差(10.98±3.34)dBHL,与术前(25.77±3.67)dBHL相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:软骨环-软骨膜在儿童鼓膜成形术中的应用是安全、有效的,能获得较高的鼓膜愈合率和明显的听力改善。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of cartilage-perichondrium composite ring graft for myringoplasty in children. Methods: We did a retrospective analysis on the clinical profiles of 25 children with tympanic membrane perforation who underwent myringoplasty using cartilage-perichondrium composite ring graft in the department of otorhinolaryngology, Guangzhou First People' s Hospital, between May 2007 and July 2009. This entailed the analyses based on the approach for surgery and the efficacy. Results: The overall success rate was 100% after the follow-up period of 1 year. No cases of retraction, graft lateralization or anterior blunting were reported. There was a marked reduction in the postoperative bone-air conduction gap compared with the preoperative levels[ ( 10.98 ± 3.34) dBHL vs. (25.77 ± 3.67 ) dBHL, P 〈 0.01 ]. Conclusion: Cartilage- perichondrium composite ring graft is a reliable procedure for children who undergo myringoplasty and is associated with excellent healing and significant improvement in hearing.
