摘要
针对益门煤矿选煤厂有原工艺已不能满足生产的需要、原煤细粒级含量增大、需分别入洗不同煤种原煤的问题,设计了重介质分选工艺,具有"一种工艺,两套系统"的创新性设计,实现了动力用煤与炼焦用煤的分系统分选,取得了较好的分选效果及经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of Siehuan Yimen Coal Mine coal preparation plant that, the separation process couldn' t meet the production requirement, the content of uhrafine coal in raw coal was growing and the raw materials were of different coal ranks, a dense medium separation process was designed. The design idea of "one process, two systems" was proposed, realizing the respective preparation for thermal coal and coking coal, good separation effects and economic benefits were obtained.
