不同产地云南松松塔脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析

Analysis of Fat-soluble Constituents in Pine Cone of Pinus yunnanensis from Various Habitats by GC-MS

摘要 目的:分析云南3个不同产地云南松松塔的脂溶性成分。方法:采用甲醇连续回流提取云南松松塔,滤液浓缩后用正己烷萃取,得到正己烷部位,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分离鉴定其化学成分,并用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:从漾濞、鹤庆、临沧三产地的云南松松塔中分别鉴定出49,51,46个化学成分,其相对含量分别占总含量80%,81.5%,78.94%。从3个不同产地的样品中鉴定出24个共有成分,主要包括单萜、倍半萜、二萜和芳香族化合物等类型。结论:3个产地的云南松松塔的脂溶性成分及其相对百分含量存在一定差异。 Objective : To analyze the chemical compositions of the liposoluble content from the pine cone of Pinus yunnanensis collected in three different habitats in Yunnan. Method: By extracting the pine cone of P. yunnanensis with methanol, the filtrate was concentrated and extracted with hexane to get the hexane parts. The chemical components were isolated and identified by GC-MS technique, and their relative contents were determined by area normalization. Result: 49, 51 and 46 components were identified in the pine cone of P. yunnanensis from Yangbi, Heqing and Linean, respectively, which accounted for 80% , 81.5% and 78.94% of the total relative content. 24 common constituents were identified in the pine cone from three different regions, mainly including monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids, diterpenoids and aromatic compounds. Conclusion: There are many differences in the compose and the ratio of the liposoluble extraetum from the pine cone of three regions.
