摘要
循证针灸学是基于循证医学和传统针灸学理论和实践的研究而产生的,为针灸从"经验医学"向"证据医学"的发展起到了积极的促进作用。基于"循证针灸证据更好、更快、更直地接服务临床"的理念,拟开发一套集软件(针灸临床循证决策支持系统平台)和硬件(针灸诊疗设备)于一体的信息化、网络化、智能化并方便有效的循证针灸智能诊疗设备。此设备以证据为中心,以后台的循证决策证据直接提供给临床医生—临床证据直接输送到后台存储、加工分析成新的证据—新证据反馈到临床为循环模式,以便服务于临床。
Evidence-based acupuncture is based on evidence-based medicine and traditional acupuncture. Evidence-based acupuncture promotes the development of acupuncture from experience-based medicine to evidencebased medicine. The evidence-based acupuncture intelligent diagnostic equipment combined with software （Evidencebased Clinical Aeupucnture Decision-making Support System） and hardware （acupuncture equipment） was developed based on the concept of evidence-based acupuncture. This equipment is based on evidence with a circulation mode. It provides the decision-making evidence to clinicians directly, and then the clinical evidence is transported, stored, processed and analyzed into new evidence to be fed back to the clinic.
