摘要
针对某水电站2号水轮发电机组调速器在调试过程中发生的事故配压阀误动作,开展了事故原因查找及分析工作。从事故配压阀的电气和液压系统着手进行试验与分析,发现其主要原因为分段关闭阀和接力器锁定操作引起调速器压力油总管内压力波动,造成紧随其后的事故配压阀压力油管内的压力骤降,从而使事故配压阀误动作。继而提出了简单易操作的解决方案,即优化调速器液压系统的管路设计布置,并调整机组开停机控制流程。优化后的控制系统通过了现场试验和运行的验证。
Causes analysis was conducted for malfunction of emergency distributing valve of the governor that was in a commissioning process of No. 2 hydroelectric generating units in Jiangbian Hydropower Station. Through the electrical and hydraulic testing of the valve, it was found that the pressure fluctuation in main oil pressure pipeline of governor appeared due to simultaneous operation of two-step closing valve and servomotor locking valve, which caused sharply pressure drop in oil pipe of the emergency distributing valve and inducing its malfunction afterwards. Thus, a simple and feasible solution for optimizing the pipeline layout of hydraulic system of governor and adjusting the control processes of generating units is presented. The operation reliability of the remedied governor system is verified through in-situ test.
