摘要
目的 探索构建养老机构自理老年群体的健康促进模式.方法 以马斯洛人类需求层次论和潘德健康促进理论为指导,构建作业式健康促进模式,对86名老年人实施并进行效果评价.结果 86名老人生存质量评分和健康促进生活方式得分在健康促进模式实施前后比较差异有统计学意义,人际关系、健康责任感、自我实现得分较健康促进实施前有明显提升.结论 作业式健康促进模式有助于提高养老机构自理老年人的健康水平和健康促进行为,促进该人群对社区健康资源的利用,值得在养老机构老年群体社区健康促进中推广应用.
Objective To explore the establishment of health promotion mode to the independent elderly group at elderly care institutes.Methods To establish operational-training community health promotion mode based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Pender's health promotion theory,the mode was implemented among 86 healthy elderly people,and the effectiveness of mode implementation was evaluated.Results Scores of quality of life and health promotion lifestyle after applying health promotion mode showed statistical differences compared to scores before the implementation,and there was improvement of scores of interpersonal relationship,health responsibility and self-realization after applying health promotion mode.Conclusions Operational-training health promotion mode could help in enhancing health status as well as health promotion behavior of the independent elderly group in elderly care institutes,and promote the utility to community health resources,it is worth to promoting the mode in community health promotion among the elderly people in health care institutes.
