摘要
[目的]探讨外固定支架治疗老年股骨转子间骨折病人围术期护理。[方法]回顾性分析采用外固定支架治疗的28例老年股骨转子间骨折病人的护理疗效,根据老年人的病理与心理特点,制定围术期全面有效的基础和专科护理、积极预防围术期各种并发症及指导术后功能锻炼。[结果]28例病人全部平稳度过围术期,无钉道感染、压疮、坠积性肺炎等并发症发生,平均随访16个月,骨折愈合后髋关节功能满意。[结论]正确的围术期护理及术后康复指导能减少并发症的发生,促进病人功能恢复,改善生存质量,提高手术成功率。
Objective:To probe into the perioperative nursing of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture undergoing external fixator.Methods: The clinical nursing data of 28elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Based on the pathological and psychological characteristics of elderly people,a comprehensive and effective perioperative foundation and specialist care was developed,and actively preventing perioperative complications and guilding postoperative functional exercise.Results:All 28patients stablely lived in the perioperative period,and no pin tract infections,pressure sores,hypostatic pneumonia and other complications occurred,and the average follow-up for 16months,Function after hip fracture healing was satisfied.Conclusion:Correct perioperative care and postoperative rehabilitation guidance can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote functional recovery of patients, improve the quality of life and improve the success rate of operation.
