QRS波时限与心脏再同步化治疗疗效的关系 被引量：8

摘要 慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure，CHF）是诸多心血管疾病的终末阶段，因其较高的住院率和病死率，一直是心血管疾病治疗中的一个难题。传统的CHF治疗方法主要包括药物治疗和心脏移植。药物治疗虽然可以缓解症状，但是仍有相当数量的CHF患者，特别是纽约心脏病学会（new york heart association，NYHA）心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的患者，因心力衰竭进行性加重，优化药物治疗已经无法取得令人满意的疗效。
