摘要
以硬枝插条为基本试材,研究不同激素、同一种激素不同浓度对金叶风箱果扦插生根的影响。结果表明:金叶风箱果在浓度为500 mg/L的NAA处理8 h的条件下生根效果与药剂浓度为250mg/L的IBA处理8 h生根效果均较好,差异不显著,其他浓度下处理效果较差。
In order to understand the influence of hormones on rooting ability of Physocarpusopulifolium Lutein cutting, the author did an experiment with hardwood treated with different kinds of hormones and the same hormone of different concentration. The result showed that the rooting was best after diping in 500mg/L of NAA for 8h and 250mg/L of IBA for 8h.
