摘要
目的:观察自拟补肾活血袪瘀中药治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:84例糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法平均分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,服用自拟补肾活血袪瘀中药,比较治疗前后两组患者有效率、肾功能改善情况及空腹血糖、血脂水平。结果:治疗组有效率为88.1%,对照组有效率为69.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.525 2,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮及24小时尿蛋白定量较治疗前降低,治疗组血肌酐、24小时尿蛋白定量低于对照组(t=6.862 1、5.017 7,P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率较治疗前增加,治疗组高于对照组(t=5.527 8,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清总胆酸、三酰甘油、空腹血糖均下降,治疗组低于对照组(t=3.887 2、3.586 1、3.737 8,P<0.05)。结论:自拟补肾活血袪瘀中药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the effect of tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation,and removing stasis Chinese herbal treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 84 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases were in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with self-made tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation,and removing stasis Chinese herbal based on the treatment in the control group. Compared the efficiency, improvement of renal function and fasting blood glucose,blood lipid values of two groups before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 88. 1% which was better than that of the control group 69. 0%（ χ2= 4. 525 2,P〈0. 05）; Scr,BUN and 24-hour urinary protein quantity of the patients in the two groups after treatment decreased than before treatment,Scr,24-hour urinary protein quantity of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ t = 6. 862 1,5. 017 7,P〈 0. 05）,Ccr increased than before treatment,the treatment group was higher than the control group（ t = 5. 527 8,P 〈0. 05）; TC,TG,FBS of the patients decreased after treatment in the two groups,and the treatment group was lower than the control group（ t = 3. 887 2,3. 586 1,3. 737 8,P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Self-made tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation,and removing stasis Chinese herbal in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has exact curative effect.
