摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在预防住院老年患者跌倒管理中的实施效果。方法将676例≥65岁跌倒高危患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组338例。对照组采取常规护理模式(护理宣教、床头挂防摔倒警示标识、打起床栏等);观察组采取临床护理路径管理模式,运用临床护理路径管理对患者进行护理干预,预防住院期间意外跌倒的发生。结果对照组发生跌倒5例,跌倒发生率为1.48%。观察组发生跌倒1例,跌倒发生率为0.29%,对照组跌倒发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论运用临床护理路径管理进行护理干预,能有效地预防住院老年患者意外跌倒的发生,降低老年住院患者跌倒的发生率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway in the prevention of falls in elderly inpatients. Methods A total of 676 patients at high risk for falls （≥65 yeas of age） were randomly divided into two group, with 338 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care （propaganda and education, hanging bedside warning signs, bedrail use, etc. ）.The observation group received clinical nursing pathway management for the prevention of accidental falls during hospitalization. Results The incidence of falls in control group （1.48%, 5/338）was significantly higher than that in observation group （0.29%,1/338） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention with clinical nursing pathway management can effectively prevent the occurrence of accidental falls and reduce the incidence of falls in elderly inpatients.
