大肉姜组培苗的炼苗移栽技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高大肉姜组培苗移栽成活率,对不同移栽基质、生根时间、移栽前预处理方式、空气湿度控制方法等因素对大肉姜组培苗移栽成活率的影响进行研究,旨在建立高效而稳定的移栽炼苗体系,为大肉姜组培苗在大田的成功移栽提供参考依据。结果表明:土壤与珍珠岩比例为2:1组成的移栽基质为最佳,生根时间为25 d的大肉姜组培苗移栽后成活率最高,大肉姜组培苗进行移栽前处理后再移入炼苗基质时成活率明显提高,移栽后用小拱棚遮盖一层遮阳网时的湿度最合适。 In order to improve the survival rate of transplanted tissue culture seedings oi Zmgtber officinale Roscoe, different transplanting substrates, root time, pre-treatment before transplantation, and air humidity control method were studied for their impact on survival rate, aiming at establishing a system of effective and stable transplanting and provide references for successful seedling transplanting in the field. The results showed that the transplanting substrates mixed with soil and perlite (the radio was 2:1) was the best. When the root time of tissue culture seedings was 25 day, the survival rate of transplanted tissue culture seedlings was highest, the survival rate of transplanted tissue culture seedlings before transplanting. It is favorable to screen above the seedling bed. was increased after the seedlings were pre-treatmented increase the survival rate by covering up one layer solar
