摘要
目的:通过对《伤寒论》中剂型的制备与应用分析总结,进一步挖掘古人对中药制剂的应用方法,为中医医院的中药制剂提供借鉴。方法:认真阅读学习《伤寒论》,结合现代中药制剂学加以总结、分析和研究。结果:发现仲景在剂型的应用上,把药物质地、药性功效与药物剂型密切、灵活的联系起来,使药物最大的发挥临床疗效。结论:《伤寒论》剂型制备灵活多变、简便易行,为中医医院的制剂发展提供思路。
Objective： Through the dosage form manufacturing and application analysis in Treatise on the Febrile Diseases, to discuss the application method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation and provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Method： By reading Treatise on the Febrile Diseases, combined with the modern Chinese medicine, it was to summarize and analyze the preparation of TCM prescriptions. Result ： it is found that traditional Chinese medicine formulations of ZHANG Zhongjing are associated with the texture, the nature as well as the function of the drugs, playing the maximual effect. Conclusion ： The preparation of prescriptions in Treatise on the Febrile Diseases is flexible, simple and easy, providing reference for the development of prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
