脑膜瘤残留经伽马刀治疗后并发血管周细胞瘤1例

摘要 1临床资料 患者57岁男性，因“右侧肢体乏力、感觉障碍3个月”于2012-08入院。患者7 a前曾在外院行左额叶占位病变切除术，术后病理证实为脑膜瘤，复查头颅MR示病灶残留，先后2次行γ-刀治疗，近3月来，出现右侧肢体乏力，伴右上肢感觉障碍，且逐渐加重，无伴头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐、肢体抽搐及意识障碍。体检：神志清楚，语言流利，GCS 15分，左额顶部可见陈旧性手术瘢痕，长约12 cm ，颈软，右下肢活动欠灵活，肌力Ⅳ级，右上肢感觉减退，余检查未见明显异常。
