摘要
大型综合性医院人才聚集、科研基础雄厚且成果多,但目前科技成果转化率仍较低。造成这种现状的主要原因有:项目立项未考虑医疗市场需求、成果转化意识薄弱、管理体系不健全、缺乏高效的成果转化平台和专职人才等。为了有效地促进综合医院科技成果的转化,就必须转变观念、建立完善的管理体系、设立专项基金、建立中试基地、搭建平台、积极引进人才等。
The large general hospitals possess a large amount of talented people,tremendous research strength and abundant scientific research achievements.However,the transformation rate of achievements is very low.The reasons for this situation are manifold,including ignoring the medical market demand,the weak consciousness of transformation,the undeveloped management system,and the lack of the efficient transformation platform and al-lied personnel,and so on.To effectively promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in general hospitals,it is necessary to change our concepts,set up a sound management system,and establish a special fund and pilot base,at the same time build platforms,introduce talents ,and so on.
