摘要
目的：探讨老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术后并发症发生原因及防治措施。方法2010年6月-2013年2月我院收治126例老年腹股沟疝患者，均行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术，术后随访1年--4年，对其术后并发症的诊治经验进行总结。结果术后发生并发症12例（9.5％），无复发病例，其中阴囊积液3例（切口感染1例），神经损伤伴慢性疼痛1例，膀胱损伤2例，输精管损伤1例，血管损伤1例，尿潴留4例。结论充分的术前准备，良好的手术操作技能，恰当的术后处理是防止老年腹股沟疝术后发生并发症的关键。
Objective To investigate the elderly inguinal hernia tension-free repair the causes of the complications and preventive measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2010 June-2013 years 02 months in our hospital from the clinical data of 126 cases of inguinal hernia in elderly patients, underwent tension-free hernia repair, patients were followed up for 1-4 years, the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the postoperative complications summary. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 12 cases （9.5%）, no recurrence, 3 cases of scrotal hydrocele （including 1 cases with incision infection）, nerve injury and chronic pain in 1 cases, 2 cases of bladder injury, 1 cases of vas deferens damage, 1 cases of vascular injury, 4 cases of urinary retention. Conclusion The sufficient preoperative preparation, operation skills. Good, proper postoperative treatment is the key to prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of inguinal hernia in the elderly.
