摘要
海参内脏具有极其重要的食用和药用价值,但在我国却作为海参加工的废弃物而未被充分利用。本文以海参内脏的生理结构及其化学成分作为分析基点,综述了海参内脏的主要结构、组成及其生物活性成分、食用途径等,以阐明海参内脏综合利用的可行性和重要意义。
The viscera of sea cucumber have high nutritional and medicinal value. However,they are disposed aswaste during the processing of sea cucumber in China. In this article, we reviewed the structure, composition, activecomponent, and intake method of the viscera of sea cucumber, in order to elucidate the feasibility and significanceof their comprehensive utilization.
