摘要
对光能转换生物分子细菌视紫红质 (bR)作前向立体简并四波混频实验所测得的三阶非线性电极化率和它们的时间响应 ,用光循环结构模拟的三能级模型予以解释 ,并用位相空间充满理论模拟得到激子饱和密度和激子长度。
The three-energy model simulated with photocycle characteristics used to explain bacteriorhodopsin's 3-order nonlinear susceptibility and its time response, which was measured with four-wave mixing technique. The saturation density and length of excitons in bacteriorhodopsin are obtained with fitting to the phase-space filling model. The possible mechanism for generating the 3rd nonlinear optical susceptibility χ(3) and response time are discussed.
