摘要
目的探讨金双歧(双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片)与消旋卡多曲联用治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床效果。方法选取该院2011年10月至2012年10月收治的小儿秋季腹泻患儿200例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组患儿给予金双歧口服治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上加用消旋卡多曲口服治疗;观察比较两组患儿临床治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间及改善情况。结果观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率[92.0%(92/100)]高于对照组[73.0%(73/100)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿发热、呕吐消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后大便次数和腹泻时间较治疗前显著改善,且显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金双歧联合消旋卡多曲治疗小儿秋季腹泻可有效缓解临床症状,缩短病程,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of Jinshuangqi （live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets） combined with racecadotril on children with diarrhea. Methods Selected 200 children with chronic diarrhea from October 2011 to October 2012 in this hospital and randomly divided into two groups including the control group and the observation group,100 of each group. The children of the control group were treated with oral Jinshuangqi while those of the observation group added with oral racecadotril on the basis of the treatment schedule of the control group. The overall response rate of treatment in clinic,clinic disappearance time,as well as improvement situation were studied and compared. Results The overall response rate of improvement in clinic of the observation group were 92.0%（92/100）,which was higher than that of the control group [73.0%（73/100）];The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The clinic symptoms disappearance duration of diarrhea, fever and vomiting of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group ,There were statistically significant difference between them（P〈0.05）. The stool frequency and duration time of diarrhea of the two groups after treatment were obviously improved than those before treatment,which were significantly superior than those of the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinshuangqi combined with racecadotril on children with diarrhea can efficiently improve clinical symptoms,shorten ill course,which has clinic application value.
