摘要
目的提高门诊药房服务质量,降低药品调剂差错件数。方法成立质量管理小组,选定降低门诊药房每周调剂差错件数作为活动主题进行原因分析,制定整改措施并组织实施。结果每周平均差错件数由活动前27.9件降至8.45件,进步率达69.71%。结论质量管理小组活动提高了药事服务质量,值得推广。
Objective To improve the outpatient pharmacy service quality,and reduce the quantity difference in drug allocation. Methods To set up a "quality management team"select "reduction the number of weekly allocation error in outpatient pharmacy"as the theme,analyze causes of the errors,develop and implement appropriate corrective measures, and check the allocation quality of outpatient pharmacy,confirm the effective measures and made it standardization. Results The weekly average errors number per week from 27. 9 down to 8. 45,and the advancement rate was 69. 71%. Conclu-sion The implementation of QCC can significantly reduce the error rate for drug preparations,improve pharmaceutical serv-ice quality,and it was worthy of promotion.
