摘要
针对实验室档案管理的现状进行了分析,讨论了实验室档案电子化管理的重要性和必要性。参照《高等学校基础课教学实验室评估标准》的要求,将教学实验室档案分类进行管理。同时用EndNote软件通过构建数据库的方式管理实验室档案,减少了管理档案的工作强度,及时地将档案中包含的信息充分的挖掘出来,为实验室的建设与管理工作提供科学依据。
The paper analyzes the current situation of archives management in laboratories, and ex- pounds the importance and necessity of electronic management. According to the ＂ evaluation criteria on teaching laboratories of fundamental courses in colleges and universities＂ , the archives shall be di- vided into different subgroups. The software ＂ Endnote＂ enables us to manage archives by building database. It can automatically find full text, update records and extract useful information. With the u- nique features it takes less time and work, meanwhile offers scientific basis on maintaining and man- agement of the laboratory.
