摘要
目的：总结分析机械性眼外伤视力预后影响因素及护理。方法：回顾2011年3月～2013年5月在我院眼科住院治疗的90例眼外伤患者的视力预后情况,并对影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果：经过Logistic多因素回归分析,将年龄、性别、职业、致伤原因、并发症发生情况、处理时间等纳入危险因素进行分析,结果显示,致伤原因和处理时间是影响视力预后的危险因素（P〈0.05）,而年龄、性别、职业、并发症发生情况对患者的视力预后影响不明显（P〉0.05）。结论：心理护理和常规的眼外伤护理对于患者的康复起着重要的作用,加强预防眼外伤的知识宣教,增强患者自我防护的安全意识,帮助患者了解受伤后及时就医的重要性,可减少并发症,减少致盲率,促进预后。
Objective：Influence factors and nursing of visual prognosis of mechanical ocular trauma.Methods：From March 2011-May 2013 in our hospital90 cases of ocular trauma patients hospitalized in the Department of Ophthalmology of the visual outcome and influencing factors of treatment were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results：After multivariate Logistic regression analysis,age,gender,occupation,the cause of injury,complications,treatment time into the risk factors were analyzed,the results showed that the cause of injury and treatment time were the risk factors of the prognosis of visual acuity（P〈0.05）.The age gender,occupation,the complications had no significant effect on the prognosis of visual acuity（P〈0.05） in patients with.Conclusion：Psychological nursing and conventional ocular trauma nursing plays an important role in the rehabilitation of the patients,strengthen the prevention of eye injury knowledge education,enhance safety consciousness of self-protection of patients,help patients to understand the importance of timely medical treatment,after the injury to reduce complications,reduce the blindness rate,improve prognosis.
