摘要
目的观察针剌、中药配合康复疗法治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的126例缺血性中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组63例,对照组用康复疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺和中药治疗。治疗前后对Fugl-Meyer指数、改良的Barthel指数、神经功能缺损程度、中医证候疗效、血脂及血液流变学指标进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率为90.5%,优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、Fugl-Meyer指数、ADL评分、血脂和血液流变学各项指标较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针药配合康复疗法治疗缺血性中风疗效显著,明显优于单纯康复治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture,Chinese medication plus rehabilitation in treating ischemic stroke.Method Totally 126 eligible subjects with ischemic stroke were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,63 in each group.The control group was intervened by rehabilitation,while the treatment group was by acupuncture and Chinese medication in addition to the treatment given to the controls.The Fugl-Meyer assessment （FMA）,Modified Barthel Index （MBI）,neurological function defect degree,therapeutic efficacy of syndromes and symptoms according to traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）,blood fat,and hemorheology indexes were evaluated before and after intervention.Result The total effective rate was 90.5％ in the treatment group,superior to that in the control group （66.7％） （P＜0.05）.In both groups,the neurological function defect degree,FMA,activities of daily living （ADL）,blood fat,and hemorheology indexes were improved after intervention （P＜0.05）,and the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture and Chinese medication plus rehabilitation are effective in treating ischemic stroke,and its efficacy is superior to that of rehabilitation alone.
