摘要
经络切诊是针灸操作中一个必不可少的环节,临床价值重大。但由于经络切诊自身特点的限制,其现代研究一直未取得突破性进展,为了进一步提高其运用价值,必须对方法进行改进。该文在分析文献与结合实践思考的基础上,主要从经络切诊的理论基础、近现代研究概况、临床价值、未来发展趋势及展望等方面对其进行阐述,旨在对经络切诊的科学研究和临床运用有所帮助。
Meridian palpation is an indispensable link in performing acupuncture and has important clinical value.Because of the limitation of the own characteristics of meridian palpation,its modem study has not achieved a breakthrough until now.The research method should be improved to further raise the value of its application.On the basis of analyzing literature and combining it with practice and thinking,this article expounds meridian palpation mainly from its theory basis,a survey of its recent and modern studies,clinical value,developing trend and prospect.The aim is to help the scientific study and clinical application of meridian palpation.
