血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤临床病理观察

摘要 血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤（angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma,AITL）是一种具有独特临床病理特征的外周T细胞淋巴瘤（peripheral T-cell lymphoma,PTCL）,发病率占非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的2%,占PTCL的15%～20%,仅次于非特指型PTCL[1]。
