摘要
针对数字调谐跳频滤波器生产过程中调谐码扫描、筛选的繁琐性,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的自动测试系统。系统通过GPIB接口卡与网络分析仪通信、通过串口与跳频滤波器通信,采集所有调谐频点的数据,然后筛选出需要的调谐码并写入到跳频滤波器中,实现了高效全自动的生产过程。实际生产运行表明,系统稳定可靠,提高了产品质量及生产效率,节省了人力成本,具有一定的推广价值。
Aiming at the tedious work for scanning and screening of the tuning code in productive process of digital tuning frequency-hopping filters, the automatic test system based on LabVIEW has been designed. The system communicates with network analyzer through GPIB interface, and communicates with frequency-hopping filter through serial port for collecting all the frequency tuning data, and the necessary tuning codes are screened and wrote into frequency-hopping filter to implement high efficient automatic production. Through practical operation, it is shown that the system is stable and reliable, improves the product quality and production efficiency, saves the labor cost, and possesses certain popularization value.
