支气管哮喘慢性气道炎症大鼠模型的建立与评价 被引量:10

摘要 支气管哮喘是全球范围内的重要疾病之一。哮喘缓解期患者虽然症状消失,但慢性气道炎症、气道重塑及气道高反应性仍持续存在。哮喘慢性气道炎症大鼠模型有利于支气管哮喘的发病机制的研究及寻找更为有效地治疗方案。根据文献从动物选择、造模方法、模型评价等方面来综述建立哮喘模型的方法要点,为制更好备出接近人类哮喘慢性气道炎症特征的大鼠模型提供研究基础。 Asthma is one of the important diseases in worldwide. Although asthma clinical remission patients' symptoms disappears,the chronic airway inflammation,airway remodeling and airway hyper-responsiveness continue to exist. Asthma chronic airway inflammation in rats' model could be useful to research the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and to find more effective treatments. According to document research and our experimental experience,we created a kind of rat models of asthma chronic airway inflammation,which was similar to chronic human asthma animal model by animal selection,modeling methods and evaluation of model.
