摘要
高校毕业生补充农村教师队伍的比例偏低以及农村教师结构化短缺,构成农村教师补充困境的因、果之两面。农村教育政策在农村教师待遇提高方面缺乏力度,难以吸引大学生任教;从个体角度看,农村籍大学生是当下农村教师最主要的来源,家庭期待、个体洞察对其职业选择产生重要影响,回乡任教与政策倡导的积极道德价值观往往相去甚远,这两者是导致农村教师补充困难的主要原因。
The low proportion of college graduates in rural teacher supplement and the structural shortage of teachers are respectively the cause and consequence aspects for the plight of rural teacher supplement. Education policy had not given adequate efforts to improve the treatment of teachers in ruralareas, which made it hard to supplement teachers for rural schools. Froman individual perspective, rural college studentsis the current main source of rural teacher, their family expectations and individual insights into rural teaching profession itseff makean important impact on their career choice, and this makes a huge gap between the meaning of behaviors of working back hometown and official advocated values. These two aspects can be deemed as the reason of the plight ofrural teachers supplement.
