摘要
利用比色法原理制备了辛硫磷检测试纸,对显色体系进行了筛选,对试纸制备的条件进行了研究,制备了标准比色卡,通过与国标法对比,对试纸进行了评价。以加厚滤纸为辛硫磷检测试纸的纸材,在体积分数0.5%的2,6-二溴苯醌氯酰亚胺溶液中浸泡5 min,干燥条件为30℃下鼓风干燥20 min。检测时在溴蒸气上的熏蒸时间为25 s,辛硫磷检测试纸检出限为5 mg/L,检测结果与国标法相吻合。
This article introduces a new preparation method for phoxim test paper by the colorimetric principles.The color system was screened and the preparation conditions of the test papers were optimized.The standard color card was prepared.The test paper was evaluated through comparing the national standard method.The experimental results showed that：the paper was prepared with thickening filter as material,immersed in 0.5%2,6-Dibromoquinone-4-chloroimide solution for 5 minutes,and then dried 20 minutes under 30℃ by forced air in the oven.The detection limit for the test paper was 5 mg/L,and the practical experiments indicated that the detection results of the test paper were in accordance with those of the national standard method,and the reproducibility of the data was better.
