摘要
目的 将育儿胜任感量表翻译为中文,并对中文版育儿胜任感量表进行信效度检验.方法 便利抽取192名产妇进行调查研究,运用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0软件进行统计分析,检验量表的内容效度、结构效度、效标关联效度、判别效度、内部一致性和重测信度.结果 中文版育儿胜任感量表的各条目CVI值均≥0.9.验证性因子分析显示,效能分量表和满意度分量表的因子负荷为0.22～0.79 （P＜0.001）,模型拟合优度检验显示各拟合指数均在可接受范围内.总量表、效能分量表、满意度分量表均与一般自尊呈显著正相关.经产妇的育儿胜任感得分明显高于初产妇,高分组产妇（育儿胜任感得分较高的前27％）得分明显高于低分组产妇（育儿胜任感得分较低的后27％）.总量表、效能分量表和满意度分量表的Cronbach＇sα系数分别为0.82、0.80和0.85,2周后重测信度分别为0.86、0.80和0.82.结论 中文版育儿胜任感量表在内地产妇中具有良好的信效度,可以用于对内地产妇育儿自尊水平的评估,为产科护士评估并促进母亲角色达成提供依据.
Objective To translate the English version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scale（PSOC） into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PSOC（C-PSOC）.Methods Totally 192 puerperae were recruited and investigated with C-PSOC.SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 software were used to test the content validity,construct validity,criterion-related validity,discriminative validity,internal consistency and test-retest reliability.Results Each item content validity index（I-CVI） of the C-PSOC was above 0.90.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the factor loadings ranged from 0.22 to 0.79 in efficacy factor and satisfaction factor,and all parameters were acceptable.The total score of C-PSOC,efficacy factor Multiparas showed higher score than primiparas.Significant difference was found between higher score and satisfaction score were positively correlated with the general self-esteem.and lower PSOC score group.The Cronbach＇s coefficient of C-PSOC,efficacy factor and satisfaction factor was 0.82,0.80 and 0.85,respectively.Two-week test-retest reliability of C-PSOC,efficacy factor and satisfaction factor was 0.86,0.80 and 0.82,respectively.Conclusion The C-PSOC has satisfactory psychometric properties in mainland Chinese mothers.It can be used as a clinical and research instrument for measuring maternal self-esteem in the mainland Chinese mothers,and will contribute to promoting maternal role attainment.
