天麻素注射液联合血栓通治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效观察 被引量：13

摘要 目的:观察天麻素注射液联合注射用血栓通(冻干)治疗后循环缺血眩晕的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均给予注射用血栓通(冻干)静滴,治疗组另用天麻素注射液静滴,疗程2周。结果:总有效率治疗组92.5%,对照组65.0%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:天麻素注射液联合注射用血栓通(冻干)治疗后循环缺血疗效优于单用注射用血栓通(冻干)。
