摘要
高分子管是堆叠式高分子材料椎体扩张器的关键部件。为满足其功能需要,需在其侧壁上切出36条窄缝。如何快速、准确、可靠地在高分子管壁上按要求切缝是高分子材料椎体扩张器研发的关键问题之一。文中通过对切缝方案的分析研究,设计了浮动式高分子管壁多缝对切装置。通过对装置中分度机构、对切机构和夹紧机构的合理设计,有效解决了高分子管壁切缝的3大难题,并通过实验表明使用该装置切割窄缝操作简单、高效,切割出来的切缝尺寸及分布符合图纸要求。
Polymer pipe is the key part of the Bone Ex- pander. 36 kerfs in pipe wall were cut to meet the need of the function. The one of the key issues of Bone Expander develop- ment is how to cut kerfs on pipes wall efficiently, accurately and reliably. Multiple kerfs cutting device of polymer pipe was de- signed in this article. Three problems of cutting kerfs on pipes wall have been resolved by the reasonable design of the cutting mechanism, the clamping mechanism and the indexing mecha- nism of device. Test shows that this cutting device can cut kerfs simply and efficiently.
