摘要
为解决工程机械产品造型缺乏品牌文化特色的问题,分析了工程机械的技术功能与产品造型特征的关联性,探讨了工程机械产品构件的造型可塑性和设计目标,提出基于品牌的工程机械造型特征设计方法。以挖掘机造型设计为例,在对竞争产品的品牌文化和产品设计理念的对比分析基础上,确定产品造型特征语义主题,采用产品语义学方法开展造型特征设计,获取了具有造型特征的设计方案,提高了工程机械产品的开发效率,验证了设计方法的合理性和可行性。
In order to solve the problem of lacking of hrand features of engineering machine~ I^roducts,the con'elation hetween the technical function and the modeling features is analyzed. To tackle the problem,the plasticity of engineering machinery compo- nents and design objective are discussed, also, modeling feature design method of engineering machinery facing brand is put for- ward. Taking the excavator as an example, based on comparative analysis to brand culture and product design idea, the product modeling feature theme is determined. The product semantics is used to catTy out design on modeling features scheme, so the de- sign scheme with modeling features is obtained, the development efficiency of engineering machinary is increased, which verify the rationality and feasibility of the design method.
