摘要
轴向磁通开关磁阻电机的气隙面积与电机外径的平方成正比,与电机的轴向长度无关。相对于径向磁通结构的开关磁阻电机,采用轴向磁通结构能够有效增加气隙的面积,从而提高电机的输出转矩。针对单转子、单定子结构的轴向磁通开关磁阻电机,对提高其输出转矩特性的参数设计方法进行了研究。建立了三维有限元模型,对电机的电感特性和转矩特性进行了研究。最终得到了优化的定、转子齿形与尺寸,并确定了磁轭厚度。
The air gap area of axial-flux switched reluctance motor( SRM) is proportional to the square of the motor diameter,and has nothing to do with the axial length of the motor.So compared with radial-flux SRM,the structure of the axial flux can increase the area of the air gap effectively so as to improve the output torque of the motor.The parameter design methods of improving the output torque characteristic were studied for axial flux SRM with single rotor and single stator structure.The 3D finite element model was established,and the characteristics of motor inductance and torque were studied.Finally,the optimized shapes and sizes of the stator and rotor,the thickness of the magnet yoke were identified.
