摘要
文章在实地调研杭州图书馆,电话采访国家图书馆、佛山图书馆、温州图书馆、福建省图书馆的基础上,对以上图书馆的口述资料收集利用情况进行分析,得出了具有参考价值的内容。通过对现状、困难、对策的阐述,来剖析我国公共图书馆在口述资料工作方面可能普遍存在的问题,提出对策与新思路。
