摘要
目的观察回生口服液联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌(PLC)的疗效。方法将66例PLC患者随机分成两组,观察组33例给予回生口服液联合TACE治疗,对照组33例行TACE。结果回生口服液能提高患者生活质量、调节免疫功能,并减少TACE的不良反应。结论回生口服液联合TACE是中晚期PLC患者的有效治疗方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Huisheng oral liquid combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE）on primary liver cancer（PLC）. Methods Sixty-six patients with PLC were randomly divided into two groups,33 pa-tients in the observation group received Huisheng oral liquid combined with TACE,and the 33 patients in the control group re-ceived TACE therapy only. Results Huisheng oral liquid could significantly improve the quality of life in patients with PLC,ad-just the patient’s immune function,and reduce the adverse reactions induced by TACE. Conclusion Huisheng oral liquid com-bined with TACE is an effective treatment for patients with advanced PLC.
