摘要
针对不同干湿气候区条件,分析测试了转轮除湿系统的处理侧、再生侧的风量、再生侧温湿度,转轮转速等因素对除湿性能系数、除湿量的影响。结果表明,转轮除湿更适用于夏季气候条件下的湿润地区以及半湿润地区,提高再生风量或降低再生空气的湿度都可以提高转轮除湿的性能;对于干旱以及半干旱地区,提高再生风量效果要优于降低再生空气的湿度。研究结果为不同地区转轮运行提供了参考。
For different climate, the experiment tested and analyzed the various factors on the effect of the dehumidification coefficient of performance and dehumidification capacity. The various factors are the airflow rate, regeneration moisture, rotary speed etc. The results showed that the rotary dehumidification has a better performance at humid and semi-humid regions. Increasing the regeneration air flow rate or reducing the regeneration air moisture can improve the performance of the rotary dehuidifieation. For arid and semi-arid areas, improving the regeneration air volume is superior to the reduce of regeneration air humidity. Meanwhile,the result provides reference for rotary dehumidification in different regions.
