摘要
我们的研究确断:跑的"单步"结构,存在着有机联系着的:"前蹬"(前支撑)、"后蹬"(后支撑)、"腾空"三个阶段。其中"前蹬"、"后蹬"都是"加速段",唯独"腾空"是"减速段"。张培萌突出地表现了"步频优势",应该继续发扬;对他的步长要慎重,切忌"人为地延长腾空段";关键在于继续提高跑的"内蕴质量"。相信依靠张培萌、李庆师生团队以及清华的学术优势,必然会不断取得新的更大胜利。
There are organic relations among forward stroke ,backward stroke ,and air-walking , which are three stages of running .Forward stroke and backward stroke are important moment for acceleration and air -walking is moment for deceleration .Zhang Peimeng enjoyed stride frequen-cy advantage ,he should continue it .It’s fault to stretch his air -waking stage .
