实时剪切波弹性成像对跟腱生物力学的评估及其临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 超声检查技术在软组织病变及肌肉骨骼系统疾病的诊断中已得到广泛应用。近年来出现的实时剪切波弹性成像(shear wave elasticity,SWE)是一项新的弹性成像技术。本研究通过SWE测量踝关节不同屈曲角度下正常跟腱的平均弹性值(mean elasticity value,Emean),计算相对各向异性系数(relative anisotropy coefficient,A),并评估正常跟腱的生物力学特性,同时比较跟腱断裂与正常跟腱Emean的差异,探讨SWE在跟腱损伤中的诊断价值。
